SKVOT Hungary has invited me and Andrea Csuport to give a free online typography lecture on Monday 15 May, entitled How to turn a brief into a portfolio. All interested are welcome. You can register for the webinar here


The topics that will be covered in the webinar:

– What kind of typographic work can a graphic designer encounter in a commission?

– How does a typographic brief become a completed job?

– How does a completed work become portfolio material?

– How to build your own design identity through typographic work?

– What technical details should you pay attention to when designing, which will help you to create a more visually demanding portfolio later on?
